Development, field validation, and software innovation: we are building something concrete.
Over the past months, many of you have shown strong interest in Closer and in what we are building. We want to share a transparent update on where we stand today.
We have not yet announced a pre-order date. The reason is simple: we are completing the final steps before going to market, and we want everything to be fully validated and aligned with our standards.
The hardware development phase is officially completed.
We are now running extensive mileage tests with the final production-spec hardware, pushing it in the most extreme real-world conditions. This phase is dedicated entirely to validation, not prototyping, not adjustments, but confirming performance, durability, and reliability under maximum stress.
At the same time, we are finalizing manuals, technical documentation, and packaging to ensure that every aspect of the product experience is ready for launch.
We are not rushing this step. Closer must be solid, precise, and fully competition-ready.
Real Competition Testing
Testing is not happening in a lab. Closer is being validated in real competitive environments.
We are currently running field tests in rally competitions, with the device installed on a Škoda Rally2 RS, on the Vittorio Caneva Rally School cars including their Subaru for gravel rallying. This allows us to validate performance under the highest levels of stress: vibration, temperature variation, stage intensity, and real operational workflows.
These tests are giving us valuable data and confirmation that we are moving in the right direction. Every session strengthens the product.
We want our early supporters to know: development is active, structured, and progressing with concrete milestones — not just promises.
Software Division: Already in the Field

At the same time, our software division is advancing rapidly and in parallel with hardware development.
We are already field-testing an innovative software platform specifically designed for the rally world. From the very beginning, our goal has been to create something extremely automated, fast to operate, and genuinely intuitive. The focus is not just on adding features, but on simplifying workflows that are traditionally fragmented and time-consuming.
The system is being designed to support both technical staff and crews, offering tools that help prepare, manage, and analyze both test sessions and competitive events. It aims to centralize critical functions into a streamlined environment that reduces complexity and improves efficiency.
The feedback from early field testing is extremely encouraging. The software is proving to be responsive, practical, and capable of adapting to real operational scenarios, not just theoretical ones.
What Comes Next
We are in the final phase before market entry. Once development, documentation, and testing are fully completed, we will announce the pre-order opening date. Until then, know this: Closer is not standing still. We are building, testing, refining, and preparing to deliver a solid, competition-ready product.
Thank you to everyone who has believed in the vision so far. The work continues, and we are getting closer every day.
